Àtic XV faces the Onyar river from a 60 m² terrace recovered as an outdoor room. Inside, the hydraulic floors are kept and complemented with polished plaster and cherry wood.

On the terrace, earth tones enter the project deliberately: an ochre wall, a century-old olive tree and a treated wood bench. The colour decision is precise, not decorative.
