Casa Alomar is the full renovation of a modernist flat in Barcelona's Eixample. Seven partitions were removed to recover the original layout, free up circulation and let light travel from balcony to courtyard.

The palette stays reduced — oak, travertine, lime plaster and natural fabric — so the inherited elements can take the lead: the restored hydraulic mosaic, the salvaged pine carpentry and a marble fireplace that becomes the axis of the living room.
